Looks like Oro is really dead and the CS goes with him. Now maybe Naruto and him are more equal.

We already knew CS was gone.

At base, they may be more equal, but Naruto still has Kyuubi hax, that's what seperates them from being equal. I know Naruto vowed never to use Kyuubi chakra again, but still.

Sasuke still has his eyes, though, so if Naruto doesn't use Kyuubi, he still has a bit of a one-up.

Not entirely. At base, Naruto still has advantages over Sasuke. Numbers, his stamina, his chakra pool, a natural counter to Sasuke's ultimate technique.

since he absorbed him
when oro tried to take his body
and if your gonna say soemthign along the lines of
oro being inside
so now hes out no CS
oro wasnt in sasuke when he first has the CS
so just him leaving his body
doesnt prove sasuke doesnt have the CS

Actually, if there had been any sign of the CS's remains of Sasuke we should be able too see it on his shoulder... but we don't ...
What now you're going to say that the Cd is camouflaged ? No more CS... Susanoo absorbed it somehow along with Oro, out of Sasuke.

I'm not on the rag... just trying to convince you that the CS is gone... now we got a better view on his shoulder and so it is certain... anyway it was proved some time before...
