Bloodline limits -
Takagan- It allows us to see much farther than any other being alive. This made us great assassins. Increases speed to almost inhuman capabilities to use in family’s taijustu
styles, Tamaken(Bullet Fist) and Kazeken(Wind fist).

takagan may be used by any shinobi of the sky. using the takagan allows one extra dodge move during the defense phase. allows the user to use the tamaken and the kazeken

Fukugan - bloodline limit (doujutsu) giving the ability to copy any jutsu, regardless of Kekkai Genkai

a bit too cheap, this is like sharingan+what it cant do. i suggest u re write this bloodline because taking other peoples jutsu isnt really fair. wat i can see happening is this: fukugan is the wind of illusions, its a powerful genjutsu in the eyes that fools enemies into thinking their own jutsu's are being replicated , even blood line limits
-distracts targeted enemy
Greater fukugan- distracts groups of enemies (can only be used by wind guardians and the kage) <----if u dont like this u can change it we're tryin to be flexible

Gufuugan - bloodline limit (non-doujutsu) gives ability to form Hurricanes by joining the elements Water and Wind together.

good bloodline
gufuugan: 1) ability to manipulate hurricane chakra without using hand seals
2) increase chakra by 3 increases attack damage by 3
4) ability to form the hurricane jutsu dealing a random damage from 5 power to 10 power

so wat do u think? balanced enough? u can comment on mine too if u like

btw the numbers are just so u can imagine how much damage u do. its just so we can put it in writing, they dont mean much. anything can be changed too so dont feel constricted.

um lets see i'll just explain from how we played at village brawl fc and add a few rules here and ther.

thers an attack phase and a defense phase. the judge can decide who goes first or they can decide, usually no problem here.

attack phase: rules for the attack phase
1) the player can use their ninjas to : set up an attack (like charge chakra), initiate an attack( like use handseals and cast a move, or for example "i use half of my group , they pull out kunais and jump towards the enemy group in a 'v' formation"), or anything related to that (such as summoning something or activating a bloodline limit)

defense phase: it becomes the next players turn. after he sees what the first player did on the attack phase he comes up with a move to counter it. for example the first player attacked with a group of ninjas that used 'katon-fireball jutsu' , player 2 (in defense phase) says:" i separate my group into a box formation and they use 'fire protection-jutsu" . you'll probably have to explain what kind of jutsu it is, the effects of it, and stuff like that.

side notes: the judge figures out how strong the jutsu is and explains damage and how much chakra it consumes. this is so the game will be balanced and fair

3) after the judge says the results of the attack on the defense phase it is player 2's turn to counter attack. he will do step one and then player 1 will in turn do a defensive phase. and it continues in a cycle like that

so something like that , rules can be changed tho so give some opinions

I'll join:

Village hidden in the Flu

Kage Name: Moakage

Village specialization:
Elements: Water, Earth, Wind
Jutsu used:

Genins: 11
Chunnins: 59
Jounins: 18
ANBU (SnowHunters): 10
Future Kage candidants: 3

In this village there is organisation called "Flu" made of Jounnins and some ANBU members. Their job is to come up with perfect plans and atacks for all war battles and dangerous missions!

Now something for my kage:
-Unknown real name;
-He is famous by his powerfull wind and wather style and perfect master of ICE element;
-Also powerfull in taijutsu, can open 5 gates;
-has power of 3 elements;
-masive chakra;
-possesion of Blodline limit (Kamaningan (what a stupid name LOL);
-Summoning jutsu (Ice snake)
-Also know how to use the Ice mirors jutsu;
-He is very calm person and truly smart.....

SnowHunters (ANBU)

-Fight in two teams of four and one of two members;
-Each team is specialized in deferent element, and all members have special and deferent powers;
-They are true Shinobi live wepons.....

Jounins

7 are nearly strong as ANBU members and very smart;
4 of them is in special "Ice Shinobi" organisation (Jounin Genious)
7 of them works with genins and chunnins
Genins wont take part in war, chunnins IF ITS NECESSERY!

Blodline limits:
Kamaningan - strong eye power, and extremly rare, only five people ever mastered it (one of them is 5th Moakage). It can freezzzzzzz LOL everything the eye can see, also it has powerfull Genjutsu (like Tsukoyomi)!

Akatserasu - Powerfull jutsu that can steal oponents chakra! Users of this blodline use theur hands, and by one touch on the oponent it makes chakra fall on absolute 0! This clan also has powerfull taijutsu

Hakus Blodline limit- well I think you know it allright

Wepons

Ice Blades - its wepon that combine wather, wind element and regular shurikens, or kunais or swords! The blade of them become extremly sharp and can cut ANYTHING! This type of weponcan use only the strongest ninjas in this village!

Sound sword- this type of sword can create vibrations that can make your oponent deff or even kill it - it is forbiden wepon!

Hanomaru - type of sword that only ANBU members use!
