I have no idea when it happened, but because he's gone and we need someone to own the FC to add members and whatnot; it would be better if we made an entirely new thread.

I owned the 2nd (or was it 3rd?) Naruto FC after Dante left. The FC got inactive and I personally didn't really want to be owner anymore because I can't get online all too often. naruto100 asked if he could be owner and I said yes and gave him all my banners and such, so long as he made me co-owner.
So I don't want to be owner. Otherwise, I would've already claimed ownership.
