Confused as to who or what Mizukage is. I've read all the manga except for the Sasuke and Team Hebi (Or falcon, whatever) centered ones before the Itachi battle. Seems familiar, but I dunno...


Anyway, FINALLY a worthwhile chapter. Two months of suffering and we get moving again. Yays.

After such a long lull in the action, Kishi gives us so many points in discussion with this one.

1. Mizukage - Uchiha Madara => Twist. A great twist. I think we can no longer underestimate his capabilities.

2. Hawk v. Konoha - This match has been put on hold for now. The upside to this is that we know that Sasuke only wants to take out the top tier. The downside to this is he's going to have lay waste to most of ANBU to do it (I can deal with the loss of ANBU Root).

3. Jaraiya revealed - It's good that he knows, but I would have liked to have seen more of Naruto's reaction. That being said, I hope Kishi doesn't do us a disservice by focusing on Hawk/Aka next week. We need to see the entire reaction.

4. Madara/Itachi - I wonder if how much of a threat Itachi really was to Madara's plans. He definitely knew something that stopped Madara from going forward. I still think that Itachi's "Will of Fire" will win out in the end. He knew Madara would escape and think that he had used up the last of his arsenal to stop him. I don't think Madara will expect the "Nartachi" present that was left from him. Hopefully we will all enjoy it.

I think Mizikage is the Mist-kage like Hokage is to Fire-kage.

Of course that Mizukage is the kage of the Mist village, and it explains why he started bloodline extermination-Madara was eliminating competition, i mean some of the bloodlines are powerful enough to stop even Sharingan
Sasuke will certainly try to doublecross Madara, he has shown a strong dislike for people who are power greedy, remember how he despised Orochimaru...and Madara is even worse, but I believe that Sasuke will certainly try to eliminate the Elders and Danzou

Damn straight. Naruto is the spanner in Madara's works. There's no way that Madara will be expecting Naruto to have "Itachi power".

Its the power that Itachi gave to Naruto when they last met, noone really knows what kind of power it is or what it does.

In 403, it was revealed that Itachi transferred some of his power into Naruto to stop Sasuke. We don't know what that power is yet, but it has to be pretty badass.

Right now, we don't actually know what power or ability Itachi has given Naruto (as with Sasuke). But, He has given him something.

Sasuke doesn't completely trust Madeira but is sort of accepting his help in order to accomplish his goal. What he doesn't know is that Madara is playing him like a puppet. Even though Sasuke only wants Konoha's top brass, the rest of Konoha is not got to stand still and watch all this happen.

I'd like to see how Itachi inserted the power outside of the crow illusion. Naruto thinks it's a crow in his mouth but, what is it really

Madara thought that Itachi's only last effort to stop him was to give Sasuke his MS and have amaterasu kill him...which is only a front...the real threat unknown to Madara is the power Itachi has given to Naruto that will most likely ruin Madara's plans.

With Akatsuki gunning for Naruto, do I smell a Gai vs. Kisame part 2? Or how about Kakashi vs. Kisame? Either way, I think that's going to be nice to see, and this time around, Kisame will be fighting at 100% since Mizukage Madara-san is depending on him. Anyone who has to fight either Pain or Madara loses by default. I'm expecting insane techniques to be shown from Kisame, Sasuke, Madara, and Pain.

I agree that at this point, anyone who goes up against Pein or Madara loses. I think that Itachi's secret weapon will come into play. I hope that by 407 (after 2 chapters of Jaraiya flashbacks) the head frog will have discovered the power and taught Naruto how to use it.

I'd like to see Kisame v. Guy, but I don't think that Guy can do it by himself. It'll more likely be Kisame v. Guy/Kakashi. That will still be a good match. I also expect Madara to take more of a hands on approach now that Itachi is gone.
