Because, your just making an infrence on my age.
If the U.S. does not wanting children to look at hentai/porn/ect ect then they should limit it, make you show some proof that your 18.
You know children are going to look at hentai in one point in there life, so, you might as well just let them join.

If it's got boobs, penises, pussies and is meant to arouse, it should be illegal to sell it to anyone under 18 regardless of it's medium; just like other "adult" things such as alcohol or cigarettes.

I think it's stupid that there's an age limit for viewing it, though. It's similar to how committing suicide in early Canada would get you the Death Penalty. Good intentions, impossible to enforce.

I really think that there should simply be no pornographic material of any kind because of the negatives effects it causes, but that's never going to happen.

Tries to think back to when I started watching hentai...and I would have to say that I was around 15 as well...because by then I looked old enough that I could walk into a porno store n by movies n I started with hentai when I was that age...because I was still into cartoons n animes then(and I really didn't get back into it til Naruto,inuyasha, n bleach started getting animated).
