Well, I'm not sure. Considering the fact that I don't know the type of women he finds attractive. But hopefully, something like this:

Not too hot, but not ugly......and she has a gangsta ass weapon. She would probably be a shinigami. That would be a cool zanpaktou right?

They would probably cross paths and fight, then Kenpachi falls in love with her. Or something corny like that.

I think it'd be the other way around. He's not the kind of guy to fall in love.

She would probably have the same sense of fighting as he does, but also be attracted to his strength as an inspiration of some sort.

Yeah, I didn't mean to say love. But he has to have some type of feelings for her if he's her boyfriend, and vice versa. Unless it's just a one sided relationship. Besides, I think it would give him even more reason to get stronger if he has a woman to protect.

he's already got one of those. Yochiru is kind of like a daughter to him, and he wouldn't care about protecting. He's a strength maniac that only gets drawn to battle. Having a girlfriend doesn't necessarily mean him admitting to it, if anything, it would at least seem like a one-sided love.

Speaking of which, Yochiru would probably be pissed off at the girl that'd see Kenpachi as a boyfriend.

Zaraki is either kurosaki ichigo..I don't know really why?! but I love watchin them fight!! I expecting someday they will have a rematch.. with their full strength... and Zaraki even though he don't have shikai or bankai he still damn strong not like Ichigo who has a bloodline...hehehehehe

I was a member of the Zaraki Kenpachi FC back in Naruto Forums, that's where I made those banners on the first post in this FC. He was my #1 source to make banners, because he was so freaking awesome, I just couldn't stop. If you have fanart or fanfics you wish to share, please by all means do.
