ANYWAY this is the universal thread for cotw discussions.
Yes, I'm bringing cotw back.
and i'll be damned if it dies again. >.>
so yea.
i'm starting with #2 as there was already a cotw #1
and yea, my first scan is gonna be a Death Note one.

No, start from #1.
We had COTW all the way until #4.
Since you're starting it back up, it's smarter and easier to start from 1.

Also, in future COTW-- make it interesting. Like, "no smudging" rule, or something of that sort... But for the first couple of COTW, just keep it standard.

If you're going to give a scan, at least make it slighty bigger, and y'know, a cleaned one.
Then I'd certainly think more about entering.
