Mine works fine. It's clear, but not very powerful so if anyone else is using another trasnmitter at the same frequency its' most likely going to overpower mine. Just means my phone saves battery life by being less powerful though, so it all balances out.

but the tape deck players
are only like 10 bucks
and the quality is a lot higher
then most transmitters
thats what i use
plus my phone cant handle
25+ gigs of music =/

@ Bal: All I need is 2GB, I always just have it on shuffle and I only put the best songs on it. I also always have my phone with me, I wouldn't always have an MP3 player and tape adapter with me. Also, our newer van only has a CD player.

This is where iPods become not so overrated

You can always hook up your iPod to your car, which is something I do other than burn music on a CD

I agree. But 25 gigs of music is a lot for me also. I have around 6 gigs of music. Keven Rudolph's new album is absolutely amazing!
