Most definetly Jiraiya was there longer than Naruto. No doubt he stayed years maybe there. A variety of his jutsu's incorporate using Toad's/Toad Jutsu so I imagine that took awhile to learn and attain; let alone Sage Mode.

I hope there will be a Jiraiya Gaiden or something like that. I would like to know how Jiraiya came to be so strong and how he was we he became a Senin. Most probably it will be like a Naruto-Sasuke-Sakura story.

Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru all became Sennin after battling Salamander Hanzo of the Hidden Rain Village in the Great Ninja War. That title was placed on them in exchange for their lives, after all three survived against him. That's how Jiraiya became a Sennin.

thats not true he became senin when he trained with toads and became the three legendary sanin battling hanzo

No he became Toad Hermit after his toad training and became sannin after defeating Hanzo with his team.

We don't know if he had learned those ablities yet and if he did have those ablities then he probaley would've used it.
