lol some of you dont understand the concept of jutsu
read http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Jutsu before you post things like pain's 6 paths, bone release, dosu atacks, animal summons and stuf like that. those arent jutsu's (or not yet prowen to be jutsus).

people just used loose naming, based on their memory and impression
and majority of them are jutsus/techniques

bone release = Drilling Finger Bullets + all "Dance" jutsus
dosu attack = Vibrating Sound Drill
animal summons = Summoning Technique
...
etc

and even if some of them is still unnamed (or didn't called "jutsu" yet),
there is no need to exclude them from voting

lets see what people like

true but when you say bone release its way to lose, i mean all thosse dances can be potential contestents for the poll(cuz all are cool lol).

that reply wasnt meant to be like "yo dumbshits ya dont know shit about naruto" it was a corection cuz some of the replyed top5 are waaay waaaaaaay to "bad". i mean look at Frog_Hermit nameing katon. wtf katon is an element, fire, and it denotes the release of that element. for katon we have at least 3 jutsus which are eligibile for the top

That is correct, but if someone like all katon jutsus (just to follow that example), and have to name all of them specifically, they would fill all 5 available places in poll, leaving no room for some other cool techniques that one like & would like to vote for.
I see your point, but in some cases people just can't remember exact name and use approximate description for something they liked, that's all.
