Yes. It looks a lot like the letter "o".

Kat do you fluently know how to read, write and speak Korean now?

I can read and write it without a problem. Reading Korean is as easy for me as reading English. Albeit with an American accent. But actually understanding it all is a different story. I generally can read an article and get the general idea of things without an issue. Speaking/listening is more difficult for me, so I'm still working on that.

I'm not fluent in the language at all. xD
