Kakashi's seems the most appropriate and natural.
Sasuke's is totally striking and crazy looking. I kind of like it.
It's a toss-up.

Itachi has the best Mangekyou.
I don't like Kakashi's because it looks like Itachi's, with Kakashi's MS the three tips from a inner ring.

Sasuke's looks like a real kaleidoscope. I guess because of it's complexity I don't really like it.

Sasuke's is the coolest looking by far because in comparison to the rest, the only one in comparable coolness is madara. His atom-ring resembling sharingan is really artistic, whereas the rest are more plain.

This got me thinking. If Kakashi dies, couldn't he give his sharigan eye to Naruto? Naruto would require that to face Sasuke or Madara on an even level in some sense, so it's only natural he'd be given the eye in Kakashi's inevitable death?

Possibly, but Tsunade would have to perform the transplant on Naruto so he can receive it.

Yeah he could, but Naruto with Sharingan in Sage mode is just complete overkill.
