Someone said this earlier and I am wondering about it as well.

If Madara has the EMS, then why have we seen Tobi only with the phase three SG? If he truly had EMS then he would never have to unengage it unless he was completely out of chakra correct?

My question for everyone is , do you think well find out everything about pain before he dies? Or will we find out later or left a mystery... Also do you think pain dies now or another time?

I feel ya there Sirbenoit. the fc has been pretty dry lately from just looking at it. I've been a bit swamped with grad school myself and research. but anyways I'll address your questions.

it would be nice to get more information on Pain before he dies, but Kishi has really sucked at finishing out characters in the manga for people to get the full picture of them. Especially with teh villians in part two here. So for Pain to be built up so much and we finally see his action, I don't think Kishi will actually give us everything we need to see how pain is or got to where he is. If anything, it looks like Pain was built up right now to be defeated by naruto here and now. maybe when we get more to nagato battling we will get more but only if Nagato takes up more bodies that are related to Naruto to battle him with. Even still I doubt it. I think alot of pain will still be left as a mystery because Kishi hasn't fully thought out characters in a while.
I think it would be better for the plot if all six Pain bodies at Konoha are destroyed right now. That could give more character development to Nagato for the future and for battle build between Naruto and Nagato/Pain as well. I mean Nagato still cherrishes Yahiko's body... so if Naruto destroyed it, then Nagato would probably be more into fighting Naruto than he is at the point now and that could lead him to using the bodies of people that were in Naruto's life just as nagato happened to use bodies familar to Jiraiya's life when he first battled.

questions I have is this:
What ways do you think Naruto can maintain Sage mode? I have a few ideas and I'll share them later. Gotta get outta this office right now though.

Well im not sure on how naruto can maintain sage mode, im still a little new/confused with this new power.

I have a feeling that were not going to learn anything else on pain.. cause naruto has no connection or bonds with pain, jiraiya did and thats when we seen some of the flashbacks. But then i have a feeling that pain will flee or live to fight another day, so maybe we will.. But id rather see stuff like naruto learning about his family

yeah, Naruto needs to REALLY learn about his family. I mean kishi has made it seem like from the beginning naruto never asked anyone about his family. I mean really, he wasn't taken care of by anyone when he was younger - bull. tha is a serious hole in the whole thing. I mean Naruto seems to know that he has no family, but he never once thinks to ask ANYBODY in the village if they knew his parents or anything of the sort. So for 15 years he has never asked one question about a family that he could've had or what happened. there is the real plot hole in the whole manga.

Aside from that, I think that we may get a bit more info on Pain if Naruto destroys the Yahiko body. But yeah, as you said it probably won't be much. Hopefully we will atleast get an answer to how Pain came to join AK and if it is really Madara ordering him around or is there an agreement between the two.

Eh that is stupid with the family thing like mentioned earlier he should have been curious, but I guess Kishi is trying to make him finding out a type of "legendary moment".

Here is another point i would like to bring up since the regular forum is getting cluttered with newbs talking about nothing.

Why the heck doesn't Naruto use his frog katas more and on the same note why didn't Jiraiya use Frog katas. Since Fukasaku taught both Jiraiya and naruto, then that would mean that he did teach Jiraiya about frog katas. that style works well for taijutsu, so Jiraiya should have used it. If anything, I think it was something that Kishi just pulled out his ass when trying to put Naruto surpassing Jiraiya in sage mode

Ah this thread brings me back.

I'm sure Naruto will use it more and more. Against Pain, he really only had the opportunity against Ghost realm. I'm sure the other Pains attempted to avoid close quarters. God realm thought Naruto was unable to power up his taijutsu, that's why he got close enough and ate a kick, while Naruto got back into Sage Mode.

I think Jiraiya did use Frog Katas. His fighting stances against the Pains were Frog like. His taijutsu is powered up by Sage Mode, as Frog Katas takes the natural energy around the area, and attacks. However I'm assuming Jiraiya's Sage chakra was not as powerful as Naruto's, so the amount of natural energy Jiraiya could control around his person, does not have as much reach.
