just saying Irland is still pretty damn manly in the sports department!! And hardly any protection gear, least, no shin-guards to be seen on the hurlers!! Though i do fail to see what's manly bout putting ice with drinks in a ruck, innovative yes, but manly??

Aussie rules is much manlier than gaelic =p you irish complain we're to rough when we have the aussie irish footy / gaelic match

also hard to call a sport pronounced "gay-lic" manly =p

but dueling padless with sticks is redeeming =D

Actually, coming from Ireland, I happen to know that it's pronounced correctly as "G-ale-lick" or like "Gail-lic"!! Just your accents screw it up!!
