Avatar sucked cocks as far as their shitty excuse for a plot was concerned. The visuals were the only driving part behind it.

i just didn't have the time anymore

Considering it was billed as a sci-fi action film I thought the plot sufficed, there wasn't any need for it to try and be original with story it was telling as long as the film itself was engaging visually and could be exciting.

There have been plenty of films released to critical appraise recently which had weak stories but relied upon how they were presented, and yet a film retelling a classic plot seems worthy of more criticism.

Anyway Avatar sure as fuck wasn't one of the best films ever made, and if it had given us more scenes with flying velociraptors fighting airships rather than yiffing it would have improved.

anyways, the majority of movies released these days are remakes or a twist on an old story

in the end, as much as the story line left something to be desired, i really enjoyed the movie
i'd probably even pay to see it in theaters again

there is one movie i saw in theaters more than once that was released last year.
that was zombieland

but to be honest i don't go out to movies very often
