WORKOUTS INTO MY SESSION
I WAS WORKING BI-BACK
4 MACHINES ON EACH MUSCLE
3 SETS ON EACH MACHINE
12-10-8
LAST SET IS 8 OR HOWEVER MANY I CAN DO
ON A HIGH WIEGHT

SO I ADDED ABS TO THE WORK OUT
KEPT THE SAME ROUTINE
4 MACHINES REPS WERE
40-30-20

BAL- How many days a week are you hitting the gym? Are you doing shit outside the gym regarding fitness as well? i.e. biking/running/etc.

Do you have any rock climbing gyms near you?

I highly recommend climbing. It tones the shit out of every muscle if you do an intense enough course.

My gym is actually the biggest rock climbing gym in the U.S. It's pretty amazing. Or at least I think it is.

we also have a climbing gym in town...really killing all your muscles ^^

i highly recommend to "boulder" ...idk if its the right english word, but you climb without a rope for security, only on a small cave-like wall, where you have to climb headfirst and so on...that kicks the shit out of your body if you are not used to climb.
