IM NOT SO MUCH AS GOING FOR THE
MUSCULAR LOOK
JUST TRYIN TO GAIN WIEGHT
AND MAYBE SOME STRENGTH

Yeah that's a pretty standard split. Almost identical to the one I used to do a few years ago when I lifted frequently. Except I would save my lower back for leg day, where I would do standard deadlifts. Though if you hurt your knee that may not be an option.

and i go on the eliptical everyday i'm at home.
which is only like 3 days a week, but i'm usually on for an hour or more

PROBABLY not quite the same as how men work out....

Lifting weights is the most annoying way to get strong. I will agree that if you are trying to bulk up, it is the best. I just hate the idea of repeating the same motion simply to get muscle, and on top of that doing all the workouts in the same room with a bunch of idiots.

The worst invention was the treadmill.

I am not saying all people that work out are idiots. You cannot tell me that the majority of people who try to get big and strong are not jackasses.

The treadmill is very dumb. I can understand wanting to run indoors in the cold, but running in the same place for a minimum of 30 minutes would make me go clinically insane.

Oh, and the MP3 player cannot stop the rage I get by just looking at fat people trying to get strong.

that's how i'm talkign to you peeps right now.
i've been on the eliptical for about 1.5 hours.

you just need to find ways to entertain yourself. i was gonna be online anyways, so instead of sitting down for 2 hours on the computer, i go on the treadmil or the eliptical
