let me specify, the first season is the best the second season is, well a close second, and season three was tollerable.
i never watched 4 or 5 because that is when the merging started...sort of.
in 4 i know they merge w/ digimon, but i hear that in 5 the digidestined ARE the digimon, and they just morph when they need their abilities...

i coudl be wrong though
