I had swine flu over the summer. I was a perfectly healthy (and fit! I train 22 hours a week in competitive artistic gymnastics) and still got it...i was the 2nd to last one in my family of 6 to recieve it, and I think I had it the worst. I was pretty much out of training for 2 weeks, and when I started back up again, I could hardly work out half of my 4 hour practice.

it wasnt dangerous persay...but just a nuisance on your body and your time

Best advice - dont go to the Doctors and spread it even more
