Audio Sync Problem

Hi,
From the first time I downloaded an Episode of Naruto Shippuuden from narutocentral.com I have the Problem, that the audio(track?) of every episode is about 0.1 until 0.3 secs ahead the video(track). When I used VLC Player it was no Problem because I could simply correct the audiotrack.
But now I bought a new HDTV (Samsung B679) which can also play mkv-files from the usb-stick and it looks great on the TV. It's only very annoying when the audio is not synchrone with the video.

Why all episode from here are not synchrone? Can you do something about it or is it a problem on my side?

PS: Sorry for my english, I'm not a native speaker.

Is it only me, who has a Problem with it?

OP, unfortunately I can't say if I've ever had any problems with the episodes, because I haven't actually watched Naruto in years.
