BradyGames, Prima - Official Strategy Guides .pdf Thread

I've seen a lot of official strategy guides floating around the net at this point and i think its about time we put them all together here for the tehParadox community. The number one reason I want to do this is to cross-reference the guides with their respective game posts and in the end just make this a better experience for people looking for content.

This is an open post, I encourage people to add their content to it. If you have any .pdf official guides don't hesitate to post them.

Extract with Win-RAR

I've set-up a template that contributors can copy/paste into their reply and then just fill in the blanks so the end result is a well structured thread where every-thing is organized. I obviously cant make people follow this format so i leave it up to the user, but keep in mind that those links won't be added to the index

NOTE: Cover Images

Its come to my attention that some cover images are not possible to find (or are of a horrible resolution, watermarks, etc) by searching Google images, Photo Bucket or whatever image service you prefer, so here is my solution. Most guides have a scan of the cover right in the .pdf!!! Simply extract the page with the cover image, save it to your proper directory, open the extracted image and under "File" select "Save as.." and covert the image to a JPEG or whatever format you prefer. Now open up your image editing software (Paint for Vista or Windows 7 works fine) and resize your image. The max resolution our thread will display before resizing is 600x600. Now you have a great image with fantastic resolution. Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended is a great program for this.

Template: Copy and Paste into your reply, Fill in the info fields.
