Re: What book are you currently reading?

I'm reading "Sacrifice", book 3 of the Star Wars: Legacy of the Force series. I'm just killing time until Tower of Midnight (book 13 of the late Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series) hits the shelves in November.

Edit: I realized that posting this pretty much killed the metalhead image I've been trying to project and put a nerd image in its place.

Re: What book are you currently reading?

A third of the way through A Feast for Crows. GRRRR - people needs to die! Seriously, if you are a fan of fantasy, you need to read the Song of Ice and Fire series by George R.R. Martin. It's really good.

Also, I've worked through two of three in the "Winter of the World" series by Michael Scott Rohan, which is an interesting read if you really liked Tolkien. No, I mean REALLY liked it. It has the same old English style structure Tolkien enjoyed. You know, strange dialogue structure, songs, spend a lot of time on one thing and then boom, 2 months have gone by. Still, interesting work and enjoy mythology to keep you in it.

Yeah, and on to book two of The Dark Tower. I think I will be deeply sadden to one day hear that Stephen King has died.

It is on my wife's bookshelf next to Goodkind's Sword of Truth series. I have ambitions on reading them both.

sword of truth is a less logic copy of wheel of time. but it's okay. sadly there will be only 2 more books in the WoT saga.
