It's not rocket science. Well, the basics aren't. Just open up Photoshop and go through all options, effects, masks, blurs, tools etc. You'll learn new shit every day.

Go on deviantart and look up Photoshop tutorials. They helped me out so I'm at least somewhat competent in the arts.
