@Nero-What is pastrami in egypt land? It's just this meat stuff like this:

Right?
yes but it's usually completely dried out from water and it contain no fats to look that slippery..

My favorite way in cooking pastrami is simple and delicious..

You get a frying pan and pour some oil or butter there then heat it,Then add like 2.5 Big spoons of garlic and play around it 'til it gets golden (not brown) then add a decent amount of chopped pastrami that's enough for your launch then add like half a galon of VINEGAR (no seriously, put alot of Viengar if you like stuff that have a strong taste..like me) then mix for a while, you can also make some pro cheef moves and let some fire slip inside the pan that will RAGE because of the vinegar ..i usually do that XD

At this stage the delicious smell is gonna tempt you to add some chopped onions as well but try to resist that and trust the recipe.

When the pastrami shrinks a notch and gets a little darker then it's time to NOM,Make sandwiches out of it and add no sauce no ketchup no nothing (You can try BBQ sauce but i recommend nothing other than it's own vinegar grease) I usually enjoy eating them straight from the pan with arabic bread but if you can't get your hands on those then sandwiches are the way to go. I think you gonna like it if you tried it.

You can also cook it with eggs and it's better than salamy on pizzas, just put in mind that it's pretty salty so when you add it to something consider that you added salt as well.

Re: Cooking Time

Yeah. Nearly every place we went to eat had pigeon on the menu and we were like "ummm... i dunno... pigeons back home are pretty much rats with wings" but we kinda figured that they were raised on some sort of pigeon farm (which I looked up once I got home) and one day just went for it. That is one damn tasty bird.

Serving:
There are cut approximately 3 cm thick slices of the tureen, Serve with raisins and almonds in syrup and thinly sliced toast.

Main course:

Meat:
1 Chateaubriand of beef tenderloin, 500 - 600g
Butter
Salt and pepper

Mushrooms:
300g mushrooms
20g butter
A small handful of parsley

Haricots verts in infancy:
4 large slices of air dried ham
4 small handfuls haricots verts or green beans

Sauce:
1 ½ cups good strong red wine
2 cups beef broth

A good knob of butter
Salt and pepper

Haricots verts instead of the symphony and krydderstegte asparagus

Potato fondant

Ingredients:
(For 4 people)

4 pcs. baking potatoes
100 grams organic butter
2 sprigs thyme
salt and pepper

Method:

Baking potatoes peeled and each baking potato cut a large rectangle.

A thick-bottomed pan greased with cold butter in the bottom. The potatoes on top and cover with water. Then add rest of butter and thyme. On top of the potatoes down a piece of wax paper and put the pot over.

Let the potatoes fumes in approx. 10 minutes and then remove the baking paper and add salt and pepper. The potatoes cook on under low heat until all the water evaporates.

When the butter is browned, remove pan from stove. Let them rest in pan for approx. 10 minutes so that the potatoes can be reversed and again put on the stove and be browned on the other side.

The potatoes must be seasoned with salt and pepper before serving

Tenderloin! Prepare this if you wish - whether it's on forehead, in an oven or poached in a good foundation - as long as only seasoned with salt and pepper, then it will even come up with the rest of the flavor.

Dessert:

Ingredients:
200 grams of pure, dark chocolate
200 grams butter or margarine
4 eggs
160 g. sugar
150 g. flour
1 dl. coarsely chopped nut kernels
1 tsp. baking powder.

Garnish:
Grated chocolate and whipped cream, 1 cup whipping cream.

Use a 1 ½-liter tin with loose bottom. Butter it well and sprinkle with flour, chopped nuts or coconut. Turn oven to 225 degrees. Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in water bath. Melt the fat and let it cool a little. Pour fat and chocolate together. Beat eggs and sugar thoroughly and add the chocolate mixture gently. Mix flour, nuts and baking powder and fold into batter with gentle movements. Pour into the baking tin and bake for 15 - 20 min. When cake has cooled, garnish with the coarsely grated chocolate. Finally added a nice edge whipped cream on the whole show.

Tips:

Cut the cake into thin pieces. It is compact and satisfy

Caramel Blur:

Melt sugar in a non connector pan until it is liquid

Use a reusable piece of wax paper tag a spoon and dip it in caramel and make small nests by making a little bit of caramel drip onto the baking paper, but you drive around, take it off when it's cold enough that you can touch and use them instantly. You can also do other things eg. hearts by giving them a push at the top before they become completely rigid

Vanilla ice cream:

Ingredients:
6 egg yolks
250 g. sugar
1 vanilla pod
½ l milk
2 ½ cups. cream

tag 7.5 dl milk 5 cups cream. so it's perfect

Come egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and scrape vanillekornene in. Whisk together. Bring milk to boil with the rest of the vanilla. Pour the milk into the egg mixture while flogged. Pour back into saucepan and warm it up. It must not boil. Whisk constantly. Take it from heat and whisk while it cools. Mix the cream in, pour into a mold and freeze.

Be careful, it crystallizes..

Re: Cooking Time

Cheese cake with lime ...

Bottom:
1 packet digestive biscuits
200 grams butter

Crush the biscuits in half fine piece, melt the butter and pour it over the crushed kiks.lægges in Gunden of a cake shape and fordeeles evenly. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours or a quick nip in the freezer

Cream:

200 grams icing sugar
200 grams Cream Cheese
A pint of cream
2 limes
Vanilliesukker

Take the cream, whip the semi-rigid, add cheese and icing sugar. Whipped stiff, and you pour the juice from one lime, and season with vanilla, like a teaspoon. If you would like it a little more tart, add more lime, more sweet, add a little vanilliesukker.
When the cream is as you want, pour it into the mold and place it in the fridge

It is a very soft cake and goes easily broken, but the taste is really good. If you'd like a slightly firmer cream, one might add isinglass, but beware - it may well come to grits

Re: Cooking Time

Easy and delicious summer salad:

This salad is easy to make, fresh taste, very healthy, there does not need dressing and cover much of our food pyramid.
The recipe is enough for 4-6 people.

1 Pork tenderloin / 6-900 gr chicken fillet
½ lettuce (Iceberg)
½ Cucumber
1 Domyati
6 Tomatoes
1 Canned corn (if you're lazy)
2 red onions
Croutons
Spices to your taste but with a little chili
Then one can come in what one likes.

Tenderloin / fillets cut into small chunks, then cross it (Low possibly. A marinade and let the meat marinate for 24 hours) and fry quickly in a pan.
The half head of lettuce cut into strips 4x5/4x6 depending on how rough you want it .. The half cucumber cut in half 2 times (On the long) and cut into slices hold about 3-5 mm. (If it gets too rough tastes can not just rest and not too fine cucumber). Then cut onions and tomatoes into desired size and mix with the rest of the green in a big bowl (Attention: Use a large bowl)
Domyati extracted water is poured off. Cut the block into Kubik of about 1-1.5 cm. Mix now both meat and cheese into the salad and the court is clear.
Place first in the croutons before serving (THOSE SERVED SEPARATE)

Re: Cooking Time

Homemade stuff:

MUSTARD!
1 cup mustard powder
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon icing sugar
½ cup sour cream 18%
2 tablespoons brandy or Cognac
Mix it all and use within 3-4 days.

Supreme Sauce:

Blond roux of chicken stock
Primed with cream or sour cream and sieved - add any fresh herb.

A Roux is basically something to smooth out your sauce. You normally melt butter, and add equal amounts of flour - and mix. That is it. For this small recipe, you add a bouillon of Chicken, and some seasonal herbs.

Mustard Sauce:
Homemade mustard
Cognac
White wine
Cream / Creme Fraiche

Gorgonzola:
Madeira / Port
Butter
Cream
Gorgonzola

Boil madeira / port onto a pan, add a bit of butter, cream and cook down.
Finally, add the gorgonzola and let it melt - server.

^Hey man, thanks alot for all of these recipes..

also i have a few questions, Can i make caramel by putting a can of condensed milk in a boiled water >.> ? if yes then will it be good? and how long should i live it there?

My mama make some sort of chocolate syrup all in the blender with no heating or anything, she use it on profetrol and Savoiardi but she refuses to give me the recipe for that because she know that i'd be making this shit all the day 'til i get a heart attack.

I know that the ingredient contains sugar, eggs, butter and coco powder but that's that. don't know the right portions or if there is anything else,so do you have any idea?
