The original version of the show was good. Then they started making all those new generation versions and the show went downhill from there...sad.

^ My pride was having Battlecat and Panthor. Particularly Panthor who was covered in that purple felt like material. So unbelievably awesome.

Demi - intentionally wasted. I seem to remember there only being one season run in cycles in North America for a while which means I only ever saw the same episode over and over. Strangely what I experience with Futurama now. Don't know why.

Never liked Digimon or any shows that have digital or real monsters held in a ball,watch,machine etc and were later let out to fight for their "trainers."

Powkeymans (currently) suck. First season rocked. They just keep adding more "legendary" shit to the list. There were supposed to be like a handful of epic mysterious creatures. But kids don't care about that. They just want more eye candy. And Digimon was da shit, first two seasons.

The only thing that bugs me about Pokemon though is that from the very first episode until this day Ash hasn't aged one year. He's still 10.

Also, he was supposed to be the ultimate Pokemon master or something, but like Sensei said, they just keep creating new pokemons every time he gets close to being a 'master'.

the first season I remember is about the episode on meowth. From his beginning, he meets the female meowth, got rejected, he trains himself to perfection, to join team rocket bla bla.

and then when he achieve it all, the girl rejects him. that no good bitch.
