So obviously their 6 positions available and from what we know Renji and Ikkaku are the only two non-captain ranked shinigami that we know of that can achieve Bankai.

Since the new arc has started, who do you guys think gets the job?
Do you think Kubo is gonna pull people outta left field?
Or will he leave the position open?

3rd Div Renji
5th Div Ikkaku
9th Div. Hisagi

ikkaku isnt gonna become a captain cause he wants to stay with kenpachi, he's already decided this it isnt gonna change. renji as a captain would begood and hisagi i dont think he will become a captain he doesnt have bankai yet.

Not sure where 6 came from, but the ones in Hueco Mundo are back. Kenpachi and Byakuya were being yelled at by Yamamoto along with Shinsui for losing their cloaks in battle. Unohana came back to the human world with Ichigo, as she restored his spiritual pressure on the run back, and Kurotsuchi travels back and forth between Soul Society and Hueco Mundo to do research.

My opinion, Hisagi will become the new 9th division captain once he achieves bankai (if he hasn't already). Kira will take over for the 3rd division, since he's been doing that anyway. Not sure who will take over the 5th, since Momo isn't ready for it (she still called Aizen "Captain" when she showed up) and she was damn near dead.

She lived, somehow. She's being treated by the 12th division for organ regeneration.

Probably healing people off screen. Since she leads the medical division.

Honestly in the next chapter let's hope they fill us in on what excution (whatever spelled wrong )is. At least a few more info on it.

but that since Ishinn makes Ichigo A blood born Shinigami (which really really doesn't get explained in this manga) then unlike the unique powers humans can unlock his where manifested back into a shinigami (like that's just a permanent part of him), kinda of surprise EXECUTION because they didn't expect that to happen . . .
