Edit: It says I should be good, except it gave me some warning about windows 7 since the thing only says 2000/XP. Hopefully that won't matter.

It's cool man, you'll definitely be able to run it. And woooop, I'll be able to play more Titan Quest next week after my assignments so then would be a good time to get it since I'm planning on starting a new warrior too.

Hope DA2 is good man, let us know how it goes.

So, seriously thinking of upgrading my desktop so it runs faster and can play shiny things you guys are always going on about... you guys have recommendations on how far I should go (specifications and such)? Not overly interested in spending more money than I have to, but I definitely would need more RAM and a better video card. Probably could improve things if I got around to cleaning up the two hard drives I have as well.

Also, in the topic of dragon age, my warrior decided he wanted Reaver abilities and poured blood into the ashes while Leliana and Wynne were present... that was interesting...

Well first of all would just need to know your current specs and then the budget you would have for upgrading.

Always with the counter info... OK, I'll look into it when I'm at home (going to take all my computer skill), but we're looking at equipment from 2004/5, if my memory serves.

That's all right mate, could still salvage some good parts from it towards the new built.

Just go to Start, Run and type in "dxdiag" and it'll give you all the info needed. Only the System and Display info is needed. =D

At the most basic level I would say have a desktop with at least 2GB of RAM, 4 preferably. Mine has 2GB, thereabouts. Dual-core processor at least, quad-core if you can justify it. Mine is 2.6 GHz. I mean, honestly it all depends on how much cash you're willing to part with.

and yea its cause 7 didnt exist yet when the game came out so its not listed XD 7 works fine with it lol

I liked Kaos' last effort, Frontlines. Overlooked, fun little game. I might give Homefront a go later down the line.

Well I'll be damned. Computer isn't as bad as I thought, however, for some reason the thing it has the most trouble with is running "Can You Run It?"... literally takes minutes and minutes. Perhaps we have an internet communication problem. Which isn't unlikely as after my cat chewed the ethernet, I plugged in one of those USB wireless adapters instead. Still, 11.0 Mbps should be more than adequate to run the internet. Guess I should scan for viruses and spyware.

Anyway, doing the little scan thing:
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 3.00Ghz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 2048MB RAM

What does Page file mean?

Uh, graphics card is an ATI Radeon Graphics Processor... I think... that says it has 256MB memory.

Running a check on Titan's Quest. It came through once, but I can't remember if I did immortal throne or not. We shall see.

So, first thoughts, then we'll talk money.

Your PC seems alright man. If it's speed is a problem, it's probably either viruses, running too many little programs at once straight from startup, or you've never defragged it.

I'm pretty sure it would run Titan Quest. THE FELLOWSHIP ASSEMBLES.
