My laptop can run TQ smoothly at Medium settings, so your more powerful desktop should have no troubles.

Page File is "RAM" on your hard drive. Basically, if something is sitting in memory for a while and not being used, Windows will dump it to a specified space on your disk to make more room in your actual (much faster) memory. I usually let Windows manage my Page File for me, which is probably what yours is set to.

If you want to try defragging, it's best to disable the Page File for it, then re-enable it afterward. I, or Google, can give you directions to do so if you want to defrag.

If it can run Titan Quest it shouldn't have a problem at all with the Immortal Thrones expansion pack, not too advanced. You should be fine to play the game, at most I would say maybe look into upgrading your card in the near future, can get something cheap with at least 512MB memory or 1GB.

But the PC seems to be a good build for now, would rather suggest you save the money and when you plan on upgrading just buy a new rig completely.

Got it to run, computer seems good to go. Signed up for Stream as well. Going to defrag tonight, since... it's been a while, and then look to set up after that. Briefly looking at it, I need both Titan Quest and Immortal Throne for the latter to work, correct?

I am nearly finished with TQ:IT. I am in the Hades right now, already beat up the Ferryman. We should soon be able to play on epic setting. I also got some equip in case someone needs anything. So just ask, maybe I got some good shit for your class.
