I think you don't understand that he doesn't want to be in a larger debt than he already is in. Nobody likes debt, nobody. Though I don't know what an adult life is like yet, I would assume that he could ruin his credit score that way because he'd have to pay other bills along with his student loans which will drain him. No use in trying to change his mind, he already set his goal.

@nerox, you have a very good point.
on second throught, with ten percent i would personally purchase a well digger, or w/e tools they use for that, and find someone, some where and pay them to dig wells all over africa.
or maybe i'd jsut do it myself, the machine does all the work anyways.

either way, if i wanted to do somethign good with my money, i woudl have to do it myself

1. A basic quote

(the * need to be removed for it to work, I put them in so you can see the text) is a basic quote that just wraps something in a quote without saying who quoted it who quoted so

[*QUOTE]this is a quote[*/QUOTE] without any * would look like

Edit: there is a button for this, it looks like a speech bubble. If you select text and then press the button the selected text will automatically be wrapped with the quote tag


2. A quote that says who said it

3. A quote that says who said it and links to the post where it was said

Where X is the post number.

For the post that i originally quoted it would look like this

[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]Ok Stubborn donkey, how do you break it up please and if your not willingly to tell me, then please DONT offer me no advice in future[*/QUOTE]

That is what you get when you press the quote button.

4. Breaking up a quote

Now that you know how quotes work it all boils down to preference, how you want it to look like and how you want to do it.

One way of doing it is copying the latter part of the original quote [*/QUOTE] and then pasting it after each section you break up, write your reply, choose the text you want then paste it after that portion, repeat till you finish the go back and copy then paste the first part of the text at the beginning of each portion of text. Of course you can immediately copy and paste both parts of a poste so that you dont forget one in the end.

The end result would be something like this

[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]Ok Stubborn donkey,[*/QUOTE]
My reply 1
[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164] how do you break it up please[*/QUOTE]
my reply 2
[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]and if your not willingly to tell me, [*/QUOTE]
my reply 3
[*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164]then please DONT offer me no advice in future[*/QUOTE]

Another way of doing it would be to cut and paste the second part of the quote tag after the first section of text you want to seperate then write your reply select the second part and hit he quote button (it looks like a text bubble),if you do that without anything else the end result would be

To make it like the previous example (which wpuld be preferred, though not necessary ) copy the part that says who posted with the link to the post and paste it accordingly to the proper part in each first half of each quote tag. In my I would copy =minato uchiha;2118164 and paste it where the # is
[*QUOTE#] to get [*QUOTE=minato uchiha;2118164] (of course with the * removed)


Of course you can use any other method you like to get to the end result, but now that you know what the end rwsult looks like I think there shouldnt be any problems

Sorry for being a heartless economist, but I wouldn't give any money to charity or African help organisations. We Europeans wreaked that country for the next 100 years, at least. I'd invest in ressources like Silithium, Silver and other rare materials. I would also try to strengthen the regenerative engergies branches and invest in geothermal energy.

With the rest I'd fly around the world and meet OH comrades, of course. ^^

You're still not getting it, so I'm giving up. You're too thick headed to understand what I'm saying. Just having a piece of paper that said I graduated college with a 4 yr degree doesn't automatically guarantee I'll be paid more than another person at a starting rate, especially when that 4 yr degree is useless in the job market. I wouldn't be able to do anything you are deluding yourself into thinking if I finish my bachelor's in psychology and try to find a job with that.

I've made up my mind about this. You can stop trying to talk me out of it. I'm not going to waste time and money on a degree that I won't be able to use to find a "higher paying job".

Yes, you are. Or you would've stopped spouting this crap long ago. And I'm saying it doesn't make sense to continue with a degree that won't give me any advantage in the job market, just to continue with school. I'll say it once more for you: A Bachelor's in Psychology is USELESS as a job finding aide. whos going to get a low level job first in most cases, someone with a degree or with out. what is wrong with all of you seriously. getting a degree will improve his pay. you think he cant get a better job pay then 8.5 an hr with a college degree.
