Ah sweet, I might pick that up later on, that and Amnesia look... worthwhile.

I rearranged my Steam games to something more manageable and realised that out of all my games and besides the mainly online ones like TF2 and L4D2, I've only fully completed 3 of my games... and 2 of them are Peggle and Portal.

I'm having problems trying to play Darksiders and Just Cause 2, when I start the games I can stay still and the game runs normal but when I start to move or do an action the game freezes and I have to force shutdown because the window doesn't close. I can play every other game normally and not get problems. Even ArmA 2 or Shattered Horizon games that I think are heavy on GPU and I don't get that. :/ Any ideas?

Yeah I used to have problems with Darksiders on my old GPU, have you tried messing around with the settings? Some suggestions for Darksiders seem to be either disabling Crossfire if you have it on or try it without VSync.

I think its either my card getting hot or the new amd drivers that suck. I got a 4890HD but I tested it earlier on and HWmonitor had the card at 66c when it froze with Darksiders(not even 30 seconds in). And now that I restarted and began tinkering with the drivers gonna go back to 10.8, and my card temps were at 80c (now at 75c).

The heat has build up in my room now from the day, the walls stay hot at this time now. So I just put the fan straight at my PC to get temps down and works. It is strange that HWmonitor has some part that is at 96c but I don't know what it is now its idling at 86c with the fan straight at my PC.

I truly need a new case -__-

It's weird because its the same as before and the game worked normal so could be the drivers.


EDIT: Didn't work, same shit happens argh I'm just going back to Vista, I've been getting too many problems on Windows 7 x64.

im usin 7 64bit and i can play darksiders ok

perhaps lookin at settings again, this time antialiasing. that was the issue i had with da2 crashin <.<

That was pretty much how my games were until I decided to sit down and complete them all. I am still working on it, but I've got only ~4 of my 21 PS3 games left to complete. I've got two racing games "unfinished," but I don't think those really count.

Yeah, either way don't think I'll be getting it, probably get Torchlight 2 when it comes out since it'll have 4 player co-op.

I completed Portal again yesterday, just so I could hear the song again... despite it being on YouTube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6ljFaKRTrI I think I'm going to try finishing those on the Currently Playing list first before I even start any new ones, Batman first or Half-Life, then BioShock and Darksiders.

Also, Steam is doing a 4 day sale of 2K Games, today it's Mafia 2 for 75% off and the other sales will most likely either be BioShock, Borderlands or maybe Civilizations V at the end (I'm hoping anyway). http://store.steampowered.com/sale/2kgamesmafia

I have Borderlands as well, but sadly I won't be able to play online with you...I am playing it with a friend over LAN though and it is quite fun. I have a Soldier on level 30, shotgun specialisation.

Aww, I haven't played it since August but I chose the Hunter for my character, got about 14 hours in and it was awesome.



I think Macy had the Siren as her character.

The Hunter is pretty badass. Equip him with the right sniper rifle and pick the right skills, and you just need 5-10 shots for a boss fight. My friend has the Siren on 30 and the Juggernaught guy on 60.
