I've heard that about the final season. But I still want to watch it. From what I've heard from other people, it sounded like Abrams was forced to end the series before he had a real chance to tie up the different plot devices.

LOST was exciting at the beginning. It became silly after season 2 for me so I stopped watching.

Also, anyone watched 'The Lost Room' I think they used to air it on FOX Series. It was short but entertaining. To those who didn't watch it, I would highly recommend it.

I watch some of it, well the final episode that I watch is when Sayid found a giant stone foot.

I try to make sense of Lost but then I realize

@ nlb: a pro-tip: don't try to boast you know waters uncharted to you, the chances of getting ridiculed are high. It seems you still don't get this from all the times it happened.

About series... Dexter is awesome, Lost is a trainwreck and still to this day I cannot fathom how the latter got more popular than the first. I guess your average TV spectator doesn't care about coherency.

I think that was WHY it got that big viewership. People understood about 3/4 what was going on, but they thought that the other parts were part of this 'mystery'. I got sucked it. I watched a number of episodes with my day a day after work.

Well, I guess that the whole "mystery" hook made people overlook the glaring plot holes and otherwise clunky plot, but unfortunately that didn't work for me.
