WoW has peaked. It's begun it's inevitable decline in both commercial and critical popularity, Activision are trying to get new players any way they can.

GW is a special case, that franchise took a gamble, made a good game, and it somehow paid off.

Deus Ex: HR 99% great fucking game. The outsourced boss battles not so much.

So, replaying ME1 (fourth go) and got off the Citadel to reek havoc on the galaxy and I just wanted to reiterate that I feel the basic urge to smack whoever decided that replacing the Mako and quick planet scans with a shuttle and tedious planet scanning was a good idea. Slaughtered me a thresher maw and wiped out a whole base of pirates on two planets just cruising around, after making 10,000 credits worth of mineral discoveries in about a quarter of the time.

ME1 is just so much fun.

Dead Island is the best zombie game I've played so far. Sure Left 4 Dead 2 is awesome in its own right but Dead Island's immersion is too goddamn great.

The kicking zombies in the face is what does it for me. Awesome game though, a few bugs here and there but nothing to stop the enjoyment.

Deus Ex is awesome, didn't even mind the boss fights since you can get through them if you just use your Typhoon twice in a row. Still have to finish Just Cause 2, if you get your hands on a mini gun you seem to be pretty much unstoppable.

Been back into Titan Quest these past few days, kicking even more ass than I remembered. Level 18 and still haven't chosen a second mastery, just been pumping everything into a few Warfare skills.

For my rpGoT, I have been trying to fit the entire map of westeros and the better part of essos, into the space allowed with in the game engine I'm using. Its exceedingly difficult, and I am being forced to make certain concessions to fit it all. I may have to change the setting of the game to a much earlier time period in the fictions history. The southern half of westeros particularly might be too densely populated to fit all of the modern castles and holdfasts.

Titans Quest was a decent D2 clone, but I felt was remarkably easy, and that was with an uncharacteristic disregard for character design. If I would have planned out my original player, he could have probably ran through the game without using/activating a single power/skill/spell.

Damn if five years ago is now old times.... I must be ancient.

Mal, wait till you max out all the Warfare stuff before bothering with a second mastery, when I played with my Hunter I went to level 30 before I picked my second. Went with the Spirit one so that I could be a Bone Charmer... heh. Make sure you max out your Onslaught, I wouldn't bother with Dual Wield, just go with a shield so your defence goes up.

Axiom - So, so very old. I was only 16 when Titan Quest came out, but only played it this year.

Damn Just Cause 2, I'm at a base and I've killed everything, destroyed everything, found all the chests but it's still at 91%.

I got Just Cause 2 on PC and PS3 I think I only have 30% completed combined. Game is just too damn fun driving off cliffs and making crazy stunts.

Oh yeah I'm loving that part, just having to search around to get that last chest or something gets a bit frustrating. Also, the accents are so amazingly bad.

I finished the 3rd mission, close to the 4th. Just wanna get the main story out of the way then I can have some more free roaming fun. Despite all the cars, my favourite way to travel right now is by opening up a parachute then hooking onto the ground to propel me a little further ahead.

All the game needed was some co-op, my favorite thing is when being chased I shoot one of the baddies front tires then their jeep starts rolling and jumping so I hit the brakes, watching it fly over me and explode gloriously. Best doing it with the fastest bike in the game, the one that has 600 in the name.

I'll give that a try, I do wish the cars handled a bit better but sometimes it is fun flipping 10 times and landing on someone. After this game is done, got Far Cry 2 and I hear that's got a pretty big world too.
