It's funny cause in the books, Tara isn't much of a main character like she is on the show. She is in the background and owns her own business. As a matter of fact, she isn't even black either. The Tara from the show is basically "made for TV". Lafayette is too for that matter. He died in the first page of the second book or some shit. His whole "magical shaman" thing or whatever was pulled out of HBO's ass. I could go on and on about how HBO fucked up the story. Good thing Game of Thrones is coming back on in a few months.

Just watched it. I farted into the monitor a few times to show my appreciation of it. Probably among the worst episodes ever. I'll peel potatoes rather then watch it again. I could probably write about four paragraphs of swears and curses for the series, but I am just going to let it go.

@Kinako - Somehow, I loathe to even check the Wikipedia for the story of the books. They cannot be much better but certainly cannot be any worse that this.

Actually, the books are a lot better to be honest. If you watched the series first, then I can perfectly understand your point of view, given that I only watched the first episode of the season that just passed and had the same opinion of it. There is too much made up bullshit in the show for fan service. I read the books first, so I was doubly disappointed to see what bullshit HBO pulled out of their collective asses.

Yeah. When I get bored I start to get tired, when I get tired I start to find stupid shit funny. When I get really bored/tired the stupid shit becomes immensely hilarious.
