It'd be great if it remained compatible with the Gamecube controllers.

Re: Games and all things related

I have only ever bought one used game, Zone of the Enders: The Second Runner for PS2, and that was only because it was discontinued shortly after release and impossible to find new. My only concern in this is that brick-and-mortar stores may not be able to remain profitable, since used games is where they make most of their money. Then again, I plan to go straight PC from now on so I'll likely be buying few if any physical game discs.

Sadly, unless there have been major changes further along in development, the Wii U remains incompatible with GCN. Here's hoping for first party accessories to solve that issue. Definitely not going to throw away the old 'cube though.

Re: Games and all things related

I don't really buy used games, but I do share games with my BRO. Which honestly is probably the biggest perk consoles have for me. So if I can't do that then fuck 'em. I'll go full PC along with the rest of you heroes.

I would do it now, but goddamn keyboard. I know it's superior, but it just feels weird. But no worries, I'll adapt and overcome, like a goddamn man.

Re: Games and all things related

Or just use your ps3 controller and Motionjoy. or a 360 wired one. PC options are endleessssss!!

I buy used games all the time, except those that need an online code to be able to update rosters and such, which sucks. Goddamn greedy bastards,

Bah. The N64 version was the pinacle. And those beasts just keep humming along.

I loved the original Darkness, and I enjoyed the demo for the sequel, so I'll probably be getting that at some point. Not at full price though.

Re: Games and all things related

Just picked up Supreme Commander 2 on clearance sale at Zellers for $5. I'm glad I didn't pay $15 for it on Steam a little while ago when I was craving an RTS.

Re: Games and all things related

Spring break is coming soon. I plan to mull through the remaining portions of Final Fantasy XIII so that I may immediately hop on XIII-2. What what I've read it seems better than the first game.

Re: Games and all things related

OMG Guys!! I just got Final Fantasy VII, I'm so hyped, But the only problem is I don't have a memory card for my Playstation, so I'm going to have to leave it on all night, I'm going to play until 10.30pm every night (that's when mum says I have to go to bed) then I'm going to get up at 6am and play until I have to leave for school at 8.20, then get back into it after I get in at 3.30pm, unless I have crappy homework to do =[

BUT SO PUMPED, THE GRAPHICS ARE SO REALISTIC, IT'S INSANE, I ALSO HEARD THEY'RE ALREADY PLANNING FFVIII!!!! GWAHHHHHHHHHH!!! KUPO! KUPO!

THAT FEEL.

I got a Dreamcast for Christmas 2000. My parents couldn't find a visual memory unit, they were sold out everywhere.

I swear it must have been a solid month before I saved any of my games.
