A recent television program listing in Japan reports that the Bleach television anime series will end its run in TV Tokyo's 6:00 p.m. Tuesday timeslot on March 27. When a Twitter follower of Bleach animation director Hiroki Takagi sent him an image of the listings, Takagi responded by saying, "So quick. I was going to paste it… /(^o^)\"

Shueisha, the publisher of Tite Kubo's original manga, had already announced that the weekly Naruto SD: Rock Lee no Seishun Full-Power Ninden anime will premiere on TV Tokyo on Tuesday, April 3 at 6:00 p.m.

It's ending the series with the fullbring arc. Unless they release a Bleach the Final Act like they did with Inyusha there will be no more Bleach anime after March 27th 2012. This was done because Bleach Anime hasn't been doing well in the ratings department.

@ kluang Since Fairy Tail isn't a WSJ manga so it can't be considered part of the big 3 even though it's more populer than Toriko. So Toriko at this point has Bleach's spot in the bag.

I guess it will be canceled altogether knowing how TV works in Japan. They don't take kindly to breaks or seasons even. Can't say I am surprised, Bleach is garbage.

Got this from Bleach's Wiki news.

Bleach anime (original Japanese) is moving to a new timeslot after 27th March - starting half an hour later than at present and changing channels, but it is not ending.

Don't know how accurate that is, but the stuff that has people saying it's been cancelled isn't exactly what I'd call solid confirmation. I haven't found any place where someone has confirmed that it's cancelled only that it's no longer being aired where it had been.
