I cna't seem to wrap my head around why most conservatives want to put blame on Treyvon Martin for his death when Zimmerman called the cops and was told not to get out of his vehicle .. and due to his disobedience a lil kid is dead.. shit like this shouldn't happen.. if he felt the guy was being suspicious he should have done survelance and left the police work to the REAL cops!

Trayvon wasn't a little kid. He was 17. The shooting is a very difficult case to judge, because no-one is quite sure what happened. It doesn't help that the media bias has portrayed Trayvon as the innocent little kid when in reality he was 17 with evidence he was a dealer. Zimmerman is also portrayed as a racist white guy, when in reality he's a mexican with a Jewish name whose 911 call was edited by NBC to show him in a more racist light.

It's difficult to pick a side when most people are just using this as an excuse to ignite the race issue.

Actually, they, as in the department that handled the case, smeared Martin's image to make it seem as though his death was more justifiable just as much as the media portrayed Martin as an innocent kid. The picture that showed him with his shirt off, throwing up the middle finger, probably wasn't even him, well, at least his parents says it's not in one of those documentaries.

And even if it was, does he deserve to be killed? A foolish looking kid mimics lots of kids these days, do they deserved to be killed and their murder left alone? It's the Sanford Police Department screwing up the investigation, mostly. That place has been getting heat prior to this incident with the shoot first shit and what not.

It's the police department not taking this case seriously and providing disinformation that's fueling the outrage; they also ran the body in for drugs, assuming he was on drugs, no proof that he was, only thing he had on his person was a bag of candy. I don't know how you slice it, but when you hear Zimmerman on the phone, it appears as though he was pursuing Martin. I'm not doubting that there was a scuffle, but going by what we know, it couldn't possibly have been Martin's fault. If any logical person was pursued across town, they'd have the right to defend themselves.
