Well if you put it like that it would be possible. But we are talking about Bleach here. Do you belive that Kubo will make something like this, instead of just blowing up the entire scene? I think that a tight connection between Hisagi and Sasakibe is needed for transffering the Bankai, to happen. For example, Isshin is Ichigo's father. Because they are related, their powers are simmilar.

Again on what Veng is saying its just a prediciton of something to happen. I mean I personally like that idea as Hisagi's blades coated in lightning would be very awesome. But Bleach could pull another flashback out of nowhere to add some insight, something like Hisagi being depressed his Captain has betrayed them (( talking about at the end of the Soul Society Arc were Gin, Tousen and Aizen left )) could show something like Chojiro coming in to help train him for the upcoming fight with Tousen to bring him back to Soul Society blah blah, this would be Kubo way of trying to get us to like Chojiro as he really hadnt done anything in the series but get knocked out in one blow by Ichigo. Something like that so the negelcted people get there time to shine, The Dog Captain Vice Captain would be similar to him. Seen nothing from him yet.
