It was revealed that Tobi is Obito... Despite the many holes in this outcome that makes it so unbelievable... However, Tobi is only obito's body with someone remotely controlling it from the kamui dimension...

With someone else living through an obito zetsu body, its not wonder he wants no identity... he is not who he should be and is merely using the body to realize his goals...
IMO, the person in the kamui dimension controlling the obito zetsu body has to be someone that is close to obito, knows him and wanted to live through him the same way nagato wanted to live through yahiko to keep his goals and dreams alive...

IMO, it is between three people...

1). Obito's possible brother Shisui... They look very similar are only a couple years apart seemingly and are the only two uchiha to awaken a MS that surpasses the regular, but only offers one jutsu in both eyes instead of one jutsu per eye... Obito has two Kamui eyes and shisui had two Kotoamatsukami... One brother a ninjutsu type with the ultimate MS ninjutsu and one brother a genjutsu type with the ultimate genjutsu...

2). It could actually be Rin... She supposedly died somehow, but we do not know how so its plausible she might not actually be dead... She could have became disillusioned by obito's death and how he truly felt then something else that happened later which made her join akatsuki, use zetsu to touch what was left of obito's dead body then create a full sized clone for Rin to use while implanting a SG in it which became MS after some training thus kamui...

3). Obito's father??? This one is much more less plausible, but I think it is somewhat likely IMO...

This will explain everything...






Granted this has been talked about allot, but I felt the need to actually prove some of the theories and claims....
