I still do not understand that... Nagato himself said he can only revive people who have been dead a short time which counts out madara and rin... SO then how was madara supposed to be revived with nagato's Rinne tensai???

IMO, he was, but not in his ancient body, but another one... Perhaps in obito's body which is why he saved obito in the first place...

Or madara has a body he has been saying to be revived in...

Madara: “Uhh, yeahhh. After the boulders fell on ya, on the way back, a ninja used a doton technique to hide underneath the earth and a well placed kunai from below Rin shot up her hoo ha and wrecked her insides up. Boy oh boy that shit was nasty.”

Obito: “Oh my God!!! (Tears roll down his face) Besides, what’s a hoo ha?”

OBITO : Did I.... die?
(slowly opens his only Sharingan eye)
OBITO : Where am... I...?
MADARA : Between this and the other world..... Young Uchiha....
(An aged Madara is shown looking at one side bandaged Obito)
OBITO : (Raises his left hand to feel his left side of his face) who are.... you?
MADARA : who? I am (coughs) .....I am Uchiha Madara!
OBITO : (About to touch his face) ?!!! * UCHIHA MADARA!!! *
OBITO : Aren't you dead long ago?
MADARA : Everyone believes what they see and hears from others but (coughs) (coughs) the truth is hidden beyond everyone's imagination. There is nothing left in the past to cry for. I look towards the future....

(PRESENT TIME)
KAKASHI : Obito!! I asked you why did you team up with him?

(The Amaterasu flames starts surrounding the field with high peaks in a circle, where Madara and Hachibi are standing, to prevent Gai from entering the field)
GAI : ?!!! That won't stop me.....
(jumps high in air)

(Moves his hands towards his legs and removes his " KONJYOU " bars surrounding his legs. On each bar various words are written namely "guts", "spirit", "grit", "will"....)
GAI : Take this!!!! (throws those heavy bars towards Madara)
(EVERYTHING HAPPENS IN SLOW MOTION)
(The bars moves with high speed taking away the wind along with it)
(The Amaterasu flames deflects towards the inner side of the perimeter as the bars passes through them. The flames fails to touch the bars while passing through)
MADARA : (turns towards the incoming bars) Hmm... (Moves his Susano'o hand, holding the sword, to deflect those bars) Pathet....!!
(Before the bars reach Madara)
(Wind blows)
???? : Hiiiiiyyyyaaaa!!!
MADARA : ?!!!
(Gai reaches behind Madara and lands a quick powerful kick on his Susano'o thus shattering it from one side drastically)

(As Madara turns to look at Gai)

(The bars pierces through Madara's both the shoulders and pass alongside Gai from both sides)
(Gai is shown as in the image below)

(The two arms of Madara falls down and the pieces starts regenerating again around his shoulders)
(As the bars falls down near Gai, the ground shakes and dust surrounds the area)
(In the midst of the smoke, Gai lands a hard direct frontal punch in Madara's chest further shattering the Edo pieces of his body)
(Madara is pushed back due to the punch)

GAI : (In the same pose again) .......

Obito tells the tale of how he became tobi, he himself dint have to experience much suffring apart from rins death, but as the wise sayings go experience is the best teacher and a word is enough for the wise. After obito saw and understood madaras life history and zetsu showed him what akatsuki members(before recruitment){this was why they were recruited} had suffered, he didnt have to experience this things himself, but from their experiences saw there was no hope for the world if humans will remained.

After all the talk, kakashi himself realizes:

Kakashi:*there is no hope in this ninja world, i followed the rules, it brought sadness, i cared for my commrades and this happens bust maye...* He's... right
Gai: What?

Naruto Rages, he doesn't care anymore cranks out bijuu bombs from each tail.(rookie team- Neji see's the potential of the blast and orders sai to fly all of them away.)
Naruto blasts them at Madara. Madara acts in order to protect the eight tail and gedo mazo.
Madara: "Bushin" and "The forests great catch cave no jutsu"

10 bushins appear to make sure all the blast is absorbed by his renegan, and as the result of the catcher jutsu, several tall trees and planks create a dome like cave covering al the madara and allowing the blast enter the cave to make sure all the blasts are focused on madara and non of the blast leaks out.
Tobi fazes into the other dimension and is welcomed with a rasengan, he turnes his hand solid to block it but his right had is still damaged, it heals.
Naruto: bastard! u guys have captured bee!
Obito: yikes... is that the last information you got? Wait till your other clone goes poof.
Naruto: what do you...

In the regular dimension, because of the amount of chakra used the clone dissapears by it self.
In other realm
Naruto: gran...Tsun...ade.
Obito: oops... im outta here*hope the other side is safe, i have no choice if i remain here...*
Obito fazes
Obito: safe...seems madara contained the blast.
Madara: *panting* at the end...of the day...this edo tensei form is good for something, i may not have survived that in my real body.
Obito: lucky...well, naruto was hiding out in my dimension
Madara: *panting,rough hair hands on knees* I know, once his clone disapeared, I knew his original will get angry and go beserk, after the clone went i couldn't sense the original's chakra meaning he was no where near the battle field, and seeing your mask was broken and kakashi's presence, it was obvious they found a way to enter the other dimension and ofcoure now the 2nd faze...bring him out.
Tobi quickly warps naruto out, but naruto is in the true nine tails form(red hair and all).

Madara: *looks up smiling* Perfect *as expected, i dont know what that glow form was, but i assumed it was due to his consiousness controlling the nine tails power, if his contiousness is off the nine tails will be revealed, the fact that one of the kages are dead and ensuring before the clone disappeared that he saw i was still alive after those blasts would make him dumbfounded and unable to act for a while allowing my pet take control*
Kurama: Madara ill kill you myself *runs towards madara*
Madara looks into his eyes with the sharingan and easily takes control.

Madara: *looks at the gedo with left hand on wiast* 8 and 9 tails Aquired let the moons chess plan begin.
Obito: what do you mean by chess plan, what happened to the eyes plan.
Madara: Its the same but a little different from what you thought.

Madar: let me explain, as you know we will become One GOD!!

(Scene opens with obito opening his left eye to see a very old uchiha at his side)

Obito in pain: "where am I, who are you... I don't under..."

Old madara: "Calm down young one... you were crushed then transferred yourself to another dimension where I found you...".

Obito: "What another... dimension...".

*obito remembers saving kakashi, giving kakashi his other SG then seeing rin and kakashi escape the rubble as it pilled on him*

Obito: "I remember... I was crushed under a ton of rubble and saved kakashi and... and RIN...".

*obito thinks of the promise kakashi made to protect Rin...*

Obito: "kakashi promised to protect Rin and was fighting some other shinobi... then..."

*Obito remembers regaining consciousness under the rubble to hear Rin screaming for kakashi to wake up... Kakashi passed out when trying to use another chidori to protect rin from the rock shinobi...*
Obito screams "No, Rin, No, help her kakashi... what happened kakashi... You promised... Protect her".
Suddenly as Rin screams for help again, Obito screams "Protect her..." as a MS pattern appears in his SG then he is transferred to another dimension...*

Obito: "I was trying to escape the rubble and protect Rin when I heard her screaming, but, suddenly, I was taken to another place... and I passed out because I was so exhausted and injured".

Old Madara: "So you managed to Awaken Kamui through emotional distress... Interesting..."

Madara with a sympathetic look on his face: "The one you call Rin... Is Dead... Your friend failed to protect her... and what is worse... the fourth Hokage arrived in time to protect her, but let her die to save kakashi instead..."

*Obito looks horrified by this news... He screams out in pain from the news of his friend and even mentor letting the girl he loved, die... The MS patter appears in his eye*

Obito: "Old man, you said you can heal my body and teach me to master my power...".

Old madara: "Yes... If you help me with my own aspirations that is.."

Obito with pure rage on his face: "Then make me stronger so I can make them pay... Konaha will pay... and especially you, Minato Namikaze... Ha, I mean Fourth Hokage... Pay for not doing your duty and letting Rin die...".

Old madara smiles: "And my Name is not old man... I am the Legendary... Uchiha Madara..."

Obito is surprised: "The Legend, but you are supposed to be dead... then again so am I... and friends, mentors are supposed to protect loved ones instead of letting them die... this whole reality is a lie... it is just... wrong..."

Obito smiles: "Someone will have to do something about that..."

*Madara carries Obito to a large room where a large plant is growing people from it...*

Madara: "We will use this to make you a new, immortal body... A body that will be perfect and fully capable of even defeating the fourth Hokage... Now young one... I have allot to teach you in a short amount of time..."

Obito: "Why is that??"

Madara: "Because the fourth Hokage's wife, Kushina. She will be going into labor in 8 months which will gives us the opportunity of a lifetime... to recapture the Kyuubi Mito took from me... and the kyuubi is something I need in order to make my plan become reality so you will capture it for me"

Obito: "Minato's wife kushina is the kyuubi's Jink... Well then we will have to just rip that thing out her and show minato the pain of not being able to protect the one he loves..."

(scene changes back to obito facing kakashi and Gai)

Obito: "You should have protected Rin kakashi and this would have never happened... I would be resting in peace and rin would be alive... This is yours and Minato's fault... which is why I killed him and his wife..."

*kakashi and Gai are stunned by this statement*

(scene changes to shinobi falling unconscious around sasuke and Oro... They have entered konaha and are in the uchiha's projects where sasuke lived...)

Oro: "We will do all this at once sasuke-kun"

Sasuke: "You still have not explained much about this... why are we here and how does is apply to my goal of learning the truth from the previous Hokage's???"

Oro: "Calm down... In order to understand your clan... You need to read your tablet at naka shrine... it has the history of your clan dating all the way back to the Rikudou Sage himself...

*Sasuke, Juugo and suigetsu are surprised*

Juugo: "SO that is it... I do not know how, but orochimaru got his hands on the fourth Hokage's counter seal to his reaper seal... He means to open the seal so he can Edo the previous Hokage allowing sasuke to talk to them... and the other half of the kyuubi is there as well to be unsealed and controlled...
that must be why suigetsu thought this could offer the ability to take control of this war... it is about the capture of the all bijuu by akatsuki... but if we have the other half of the kyuubi... we control akatsuki because we have something they need...
Wait!!! That also means Orochimaru can get his jutsu back becoming complete once again..."

Juugo desperately screaming: "Sasuke... don't let Orochimaru open the seal..."

1). Kamui being a Hybrid eye technique...

As far as we know, Kishi has given Oro the possibility of using Sage mode. With the addition of getting his arms back Oro could be a threat. We are unsure what his goals are or what he knows. Being a match for Sasuke....really Sasuke has only been upgraded eye wise...his basic skills are right around the same. As we saw with Kabuto if Oro used any of his techs with his skill there is not telling how it would come out. Sure Itachi and Sasuke were trying not to kill Kabuto..still the threat was present. With Oro being the mastermind behind the knowledge of Rinnegan, Sharingan, Mokuton, Edo, Uchiha, and possibly Uzumaki...it is hard to put a finger on what he could pull out his ass.

I wonder one more thing, if this other half of kyuubis chakra would be unsealed, then what happens? It might goes back automatically to Naruto, or second kyuubi would be born? We still don't know if Kyuubi within 16/17 years has recovered or not.
