So apparently they were Mist ninja & did something to Rin's body? I'm thinking Obito was manipulating Tobi's body to use the mokuton. Question still remains what does any of this have to do with Madara & why didn't Obito try to kill Kakashi. 6 out of 10 because it was an action chapter.

I loved the chapter...still makes fun of Obito's statement to Kakashi.. "You let Rin die!" vs "I watched you finger the bitch in the heart!" DUMB...still dumb..outside of that awesome bloody chapter...shit Obito went so nuts he forgot who he was fighting and if he warmed up his Pop Tart...funny his sync with Zetsu is allowing him to use some serious Hashirama mokuton techs. He didn't use any tech known to just him....somehow without training he was able to use these unique abilities...that was my only issue. I mean he used them flashily! So since they both awakened the MS at the same time...I could agree that maybe Kakashi was unaware of his MS at first. Rin being a double agent and Kakashi most likely knew about it before shit got crazy....this was def the era of the bloody mist..and Obito just handed them tampons.....

atleast my theory on Obito knowing wood style came true and both Obito and Kakashi unlocking ms at the same time as well and like some other people Rin being a spy

That is all. But i still would like to know how he goes into his kamui dimension and comes out somewhere else?! How does he know where to come out at?

What did he do with/to Rin's body? Did he bother to learn the truth about her?

Kakashi killed Rin, after being a double agent for so long and before they could capture him.

Remember this is a ninja world.they do not let bodies sit around because of enemy villages learning precious secrets about ninjutsu and what not...

As far as they knew when they said it they could still get Kakashi. It's now making me think it has something to do with Rin

Also I didn't realize Obito literally falling into Madara's hands qualified as him being chosen

Yea because Obito didn't just see through his eye in kakashi right after zetsu got finished saying all zetsu (now obito too) can use telepathy... Now we see kakashi's/obito's SG become mangekyou at the exact same time... but only obito could use his while kakashi needed another 16 years to gain the chakra to use his...

If kakashi was always able to use kamui since then I would agree it was kakashi who awakened it, but because it took kakashi so damn long to gain the power to awaken it on his own... the first awakening we just saw had to be linked to obito awakening his and the telepathy power of the zetsu body hae has half attached to him...

He used the power instinctively as if he was a senju himself... It could be the reason obito could even have half a zetsu body in the first place because I do not think just anyone could have half a hashirama zetsu body put with theirs and live.... we will see...

Zetsu said there are many other zetsu in the ground all over the land... I bet tobito communicates with them telepathically and uses them as markers and finds out from them where others are as well as where to go....
So, he was able to follow minato in their fight by communicating with the zetsu under ground, then used them as a means to mark where he reenters the dimension...

Also the use of the zetsu spores too... planting them on others is also a way he tracking people....

@KYF, Kakashi did unlock his MS on his own. He just didn't have enough chakra to use it just like he couldn't use chidori perfectly without sharingan

Maybe, but Zetsu did mention something about the Mist dealing with experimental bodies and somehow, Kakashi and Rin were surrounded. Maybe Rin got captured and Kakashi ventured out to save her, but she was too far gone, so he had to kill her or some shit, IDK.

Obito with Mangekyou powered by the spiral looking Zetsu is obviously powerful. Sharingan and 1st Hokage cells synergy. I don't know why Obito doesn't use a body like that now though, considering he has access to all of Madara's goodies...

It just doesn't make sense for kakashi to awaken the MS there at 14 then not be able to use it for another 16 years because he doesn't have enough chakra to use it...
Every other person who awakened the MS was able to use right after they awakened it... So then what other explanation is there for kakashi's not using the MS for 16 more years??? He himself not awakening it, thus not able to use it is the only explanation I can thin of right now...
Not until 16 years later when he awakened the jutsu by training his chakra which is what the DB#3 said... It is invoked through training of ones chakra...

This has nothing to do with telepathy or because Kakashi doesnt have enough chakra lol.

Kakashi not using his MS is the same reason Sasuke didnt use his sharingan until the Haku fight...They forgot they unlocked it.

Sasuke first unlocked Sharingan when Itachi killed his parents in front of him. He forgot about that because of Itachi's genjutsu and because he suppressed his memories .

Im not sure why Kakashi didnt remember tho.

Awesome bloody chapter tho lol, I wonder why Obito doesnt use mokuton nowadays tho? He only uses its healing factor but thats it.
