Completley agree with you. Vengeance is an imbecile with serious reading and comprehension problems. What Itachi said wasn't cryptic nor was it even written on the tablet for Sasuke to decipher. Only Ms Uchiha's knew of the final secrets of MS, which Itachi states UNAMBIGUOUSLY. The moment you awaken it, you begin to go blind. Its like something so simple which is stated in the manga, becomes some complicated code for retards like Veng to decipher.

Is the use of hashirama's chakra by obito to awaken his new MS power still being argued against here???

Let me break this down...

Madara and Izuna awakened the MS somehow... the anime suggest they killed someone close to them, but the manga did not show anything... but they gained the MS (amaterasu, tsukuyomi and sasanoo) after the 3 tomoe SG... as shown by the manga... no use of senju or uzumaki power...

SHisui's MS...??? Not confirmed yet... but it is looking like he likely awakened it through use of hashirama's chakra and losing someone close... he was implied on multiple occasions to have use of hashirama's power which would explain why he gained a new eye power never before seen as obito did too...
(kotoamatsukami which is a higher form of tsukuyomi)

Itachi's MS awakening... Said from killing shisui, his best friend, but in his flashback, it was never shown that itachi saw shisui die... Perhaps just believing shisui died was enough... but he was shown with a tomoe SG as well... (amaterasu, tsukuyomi and sasanoo) no use of senju or uzumaki power...

Sasuke's MS awakening was not from killing itachi... it was from the moment he believed he killed his loving brother after tobit told him the truth, not the psychopath who killed his parents... also from a 3 tomoe SG... (amaterasu, tsukuyomi and sasanoo) no use of senju or uzumaki power...

Obito though... awakened the MS by seeing RIN die, but with a 2 tomoe SG... however, he also had possession of hashirama senju's powers to boost his SG even further... (Kamui which is a new level of amaterasu)

and kakashi obviously did not gain use of the MS in obito's eye until the time skip 16 years later... so obito awakened MS in his both his 2 tomoe SG eyes, while kakashi gained use of said MS after gaining the 3 tomoe SG and enough chakra to invoke it... (kamui of obito's)

IDK why it is even being argued at this point whether hashirama's chakra played a role in obito's SG powers despite every other example of hashirama's chakra supping up the SG to a whole new level...

And then there was zetu's comment that by using the power of both the uchiha and senju, one could awaken a new eye power never seen before... which is exactly what obito and shisui did...

Pretty much the manga shows that anyone who only possess the power of the uchiha awakens just a standard MS with side effects such a blindness with over use and pain... with the three jutsu Amaterasu, tsukuyomi and sasanoo... (Izuna, madara, sasuke and itachi)

Meanwhile, those who possess the power of the uchiha and senju or uzumaki awaken a MS with no side effects with jutsu beyond the standard... (obito and shisui) and even the RG itself which is the final level of the SG by using the power of the younger sage's son (edo madara and Nagato)

Kyf, let's pretend that Shisui had hashirama's chakra. If that were the case, the eye that Itachi had would have had the same chakra, and the same 1 day cooldown for Kotoamatsukami. Why would Itachi plant the eye in Naruto to use in Sasuke after the 10 year period he stated, and then burn it when it was used on himself, if it had the 1 day cooldown? Explain that, using actual logic and not the demented pathways you use.

@kael good point but then thinking abt it i realized that it is the same reason that danzo needed the implanted hashi's cell to activate it... i dont think the eyes have the chakra, it only uses chakra i think in which case kyf might be right
but again its just our assumptions, the koto could also be due to shisui's own powerful chakra(if it is not senju)

Pritha, Itachi flat out stated that Hashirama's chakra was needed to reduce the cooldown of Kotoamatsukami from 10 years to 1 day as a way to explain how Danzo was able to use his stolen eye that frequently. It wasn't said that Hashirama's chakra was necessary for Danzo to activate Kotoamatsukami.

Itachi explained that only by using hashirama's chakra could shisui's eye be used more then once a decade as we saw with danzou as well..

SHisui's power in his eye is his own... but in transplanted eye state, it requires the use of another chakra to use it and power it up to higher levels like MS level... The eye will stay in 3 tomoe level, but to achieve the MS in shisui's eye which allows the use of Kotoamatsukami... one has to charge his eye for a decade or use hashirama's chakra for about 18-24 hours as danzou did...

The eye in incapable of recharging itself after using up power... whether the power of hashirama and shisui's (uchiha+senju) is in the eye... it is at 3 tomoe level and stays there... and only by using hashirama's power can one take shisui's eye to the next level without having to wait a decade using some other chakra source...
So having hashirama's chakra already in it means nothing if it's only in basic form of 3 tomoe...

: It's the fact that only hashirama's power can allow the use of the eye more then once a decade that makes shisui have to have hashirama's power because he clearly used it more then a couple times in his lifetime...

There's a problem with your "answer": Shisui used Kotoamatsukami just prior to giving his remaining eye to Itachi. It recharged in its own in the time between then and when it was used on Edo Itachi.
