Sakura should have died like Rin. Kishi totally missed that parallel in development. Sasuke and Naruto needed to be able to get over her death to highlight the generations change from Obito and Kakashi's, who couldn't get over Rin's death.

I mean... it's so simple story telling I just don't know why Kishi never could pull it off. It's clear he's had no use or knowledge what to do with Sakura at all in Part II.

Finally someone called him out on the bullshit. Yahiko is the only smart motherfucker in the entire manga. Straight up called Obito an idiot.

So Obito found out about Naruto's birth from Kakashi. I guess that means Kakashi is indirectly responsible for the death of Minato as well.

The overall structure of the chapter was horrible. It started out ok then went into a montage of bullshit that didn't explain anything. We never got an explaination on exactly why Obito killed Minato & his entire family. We also saw jack shit in regards to the mist while the flash forward to the present we see Guy bloody & Kakashi talking from the ground? 5 out of 10 simply because of Yahiko's section & the fact that it looks like Obito will die really soon. The rest of the chapter was crap.

PS: The art was also subpar. Some parts didn't even look like Kishi's work as if someone else drew half the chapter.

Odds are Obito initiated the attack on Konoha for no better reason that to gain control of the Kyuubi, as part of the overall plan with Madara, and just decided to destroy as much of his past as he could in the process. But, as said, it wasn't clearly stated other than his inner monologue that he "doesn't care about this world anymore" or whatever.

i think this is what kishi meant when he said "kakashi will be getting some limelight this yr" but it mostly looks like he is the "actual villain" and every single person's death is on his head. And FYI i dont want "rin is still alive" story to change obito let the damn girl be dead, she has caused more problems than solved

WHoa whoa whoa!!! Obito was the one who fought minato as expected, but he cut his hari and no longer had on the zetsu suit so how in the fuck was he fully grown and able to compete with minato??? With the zetsu suit augmenting his physical abilities it was plausible, but without it, it's not... Kishi screwed that up big time...

and what about the mist??? How could obito regrow his hair out after cutting it, then re-cut it again when he joined akatsukai as tobi...

Fuck this is making less and less sense! Would love to see how obito got long hair and then cut it again just to be the tobi of the mist and akatsuki too...

perhaps shisui used a trasnformation jutsu to alter his appearance then used his mind control jutsu to make everyone believe he is who he claimed to be...
