Best fight scenes overall - Sharingan vs. One-tail Naruto.
Best Naru/Sas fights against eachother and together (against a villan) - same above.
Best Naru/Hinata moments - the episode when they go on a mission together to capture an insect with Kiba and Shino.
Best Naru/Sakura moments - Eating Ramen.

Coolest jutsu (and by whom) - Katon no jutsu (all Fire Techniques, Sasuke, 3rd Hokage.
Most vicious Villan (try to differ on this one from the other posters) - Orochimaru
Coolest Hero - 3rd Hokage
Favorite genin - Hyuuga Neji

Best fight scene overall: kiba vs. naruto in chuunin prelims (ep 44-45)
Best Naruto vs. Sasuke fight: the one when sasuke says hes going to kill naruto (127-134)
Best Naruto/Sasuke team battle: the first fight vs zabuza, the shadow shuriken thing was great (ep 9)
Best Naruto and Hinata moment: when naruto sees hinata training in the waterfall and tells everyone in the morning that he saw a really gorgeous girl last night. (ep 147-148)
Best Naruto and Sakura moment: when she cries and tells him he is the only one who can bring back Sasuke (ep 110-111)
Coolest Jutsu: U-zu-ma-ki Naruto Combo! (lots of eps)
Most Vicious Villain: Itachi, because he is probably the most powerful character and he just doesnt give a damn about anyone or anything except power.(even Orochimaru says that Itachi is more powerful than him)
Coolest Hero: Naruto, duh
Favorite Genin Shikamaru (even though he was made chuunin, he was still great as a genin)

-Best Naru/Hinata moments- when the have the picnic on the mission and hinata makes naruto head rice balls and he still doesnt kno she likes him. lol

Best Naru/Sakura moments- before naruto went to bring back sasuke, naruto promised to bring back sasuke and gave her the nice guy pose.

-Coolest jutsu (and by whom)-primary lotus by rock lee

-Most vicious Villan (try to differ on this one from the other posters)- gaara(when he was a villan) killing made him feel alive. His goal in life was to kill everyone except hisself.

-Coolest Hero- kakashi

-Favorite genin- Rock lee

Best Fight Scene: Naruto vs. Sasuke (eps 128-134)
Best Naruto and Sasuke fight: When they versed Haku.
Best Naru/Hina Moment: When Hinata defeated these people that used bugs in episode 151. She passed out after (but still awake) and Naruto caught her in his arms, telling her she was amazing. (that was a filler. If you mean manga then it was when he said to her "I like people like you" right before he fought Neji in Chuunin.)
Best Naru/Saku Moment: When Naruto promised Sakura that he'd bring back Sasuke. (ep 110)
(hehehehe now Hinata can have him. >])

Coolest Jutsu: Rasengan (Naruto)
Most vicious Villan: Itachi
Coolest Hero: Fourth Hokage
Favorite Genin: Naruto or Hinata
