rules

In a battle each person will start with a sertant amount of health and chakra points
to raise health and chakra you must advance in rank
(h = health cp = chakra)
genin = join (must start ias genin)
chunn = 1 battles h = 100 cp = 1000
anbu = 3 battles h = 150 cp = 1200
jonin = 5 battles h = 225 cp = 1500
kage = 7 battles h = 750 cp = 2500

To win abattle one must get the oppenents health to 0.
The first one to do so is declared the winner.

BATTLING
There are 3 ways of depleting the oppenents health. They
are to use ,nin or genjutsu,taijutsu, or weapons. Each ninja
is allowed 1 unique special weapon.For example Kankuro's
puppet or Temari's fan.

ninjutsu
There are 4 levels of nin or genjutsu.
lv1 = 20 damage: 1000 years of death 100 cp
lv2 = 40 damage: shadow clones 300 cp
lv3 = 75 damage: summoning jutsu 1000 cp
lv4 = 120 damage: chidori/rasengan 1200 cp
Lv4 does 120 damage. It wouldnt make any sense for a genin to
do that so
genin = lv1 chunin = lv2 jonin = lv3 kage = lv4

taijutsu
Taijutsu is hand to hand combat. This doesn't require very
much chakra.
normal = 10 damage 00 cp
taijutsu = 30 damage 50 cp
strongblow = 75 damage 150 cp

As for weapons , they do 20 damage each
