Purple Chakra and Nails?

While i was looking through some episodes i noticed that Sasuke (cursed seal) had purple chakra flowing around him.

Then when i watched the episode with Itachi in Konoha, he had purple nails.

Could there be a connection?

those are Itachi's nail's, he painted them purpple, why? 'cause he's girly..actually, no one knows why, they're just like that

why is Sasuke's chakra purple? because of the curse seal, 'cause the curse seal is evil, and purple some how equals evil

Doesn't Orichimaru have purple marks under his eyes? He must have Sharinghan! Thus i give you...Sharingan Orichimaru!

Orichimaru MUST have Sharingan if he likes the color purple...and yes i edited the image...

Typhoon Itachi isn't girly..it's gotta be because Kisame dared him to...no other explanation. :P

anywho, i think the purple chakra is just to represent that they are evil.

Kisame is evil isn't he. And Blue isn't an evil color...it's the color of seaworld.

Thats BS...just because a guy wears make-up or nail polish doesn't make them girly...throughout history men were wearing make-up long before women ever were. It's not like wearing make-up was some pre-determaned thing that only women do.

omg itai lolz u finally posted. Anyways the purple is EVIL it is a dark colour, itz just a coulour, what other colour could they use. Red woulding look that good now would it?? anyways this would probably go in the naruto chat lolz genaeral chitchat is for other things. EVIL!

I agree with Takeshiro, make-up etc. doesn't mean people are girly. And once again Purple isn't neccesarily EVIL.

Red is the color that Akatsuki uses for the clouds on their robes (which looks like the ones when Itachi uses mangekyo sharingan). And they are EVIL at least according to the show, maybe Akatsuki has bigger plans :S.
