hhmm, like what are the rules on this i dont understand. like can we take clips from anime, and make them into avators. or do we have to like draw shit?

no i cant read shadow, also you didnt sing up before hand so youll have to wait tell next contest.. i just want to clarfy what the rules are tahts all, becasue "anime" is short for animation, it would be pretty retarted if someone just ripped of a few frams downsized it and called it there own animation when really all the did was rip it of a pre-render animation.

Ryan, I have laid out those guide lines very clearly, just follow them and make me an anime. I do not care from what or how you make them. I did this on purpose. I set up guidelines, but leave much of it up to you. I had an english final with much the same template.

Shado, you had to sign up a long time ago

They can rip it if they want, but they will just lose creativity points.

damn, that makes it harder for me, because some people have flash >>>> .... so basucaly anthing goes as long as its avator and its animation, one more question, are you going to make us where it to make sure it works and that its small enough? (files size)
