I suggest for a banner to do something that doesn't show boobs/vagina/penis. Short skirts and tight shirts should be fine. I dunno about underwear.

Typically in Japan there is "softcore" stuff that is opened up for 14+ like hot outfits with no real sexual content. Just becareful.

As far as it being official, the admins have ride over my say so it may not be alright. I just don't see a problem with hot chicks with no sex or nudeity. IF you do, you should have the maturity to not enter the thread.

sasuke the banner wont upload onto photobucket and it wont let me just copy and paste it directly into my sig. so I think there may be a problem.
in the mean time I will continue my search for apropriate matirial for a banner myself.

and speaking of which thanks for those cursesealer( can't belive I just said that to you! ) I think the second one should work since it dose not show anything but I plan to ask the mods before putting it up. so be paitent.
Also to Black Chakra I think that shortboy should be removed from the list because like someone said he's underage, and no matter how you look at it this is a hentai fc.

Yeah did you check the first page everybody stay active.I might not be very active so I need 2 Co-Owners and it's cursesealer because he tried to make a banner.
