To me depends if it is a sort of surprise fight I think Nindaime Hokage wins. Even though Oro knows Kakashi amounts of jutsu. Although if he is given time to prepare then I think Nindaime is toast.

Seems everyone underestimated Nindaime. c'mon that guy is a Hokage. He may know more than water jutsus. He also a genjutsu user.

I agree Oro that would win but the reason Oro survived from Tsunade's punches is that Kabuto disabled her insane strenght before hand. It came from Oro that one hit of Tsunade's insane strenght and everything will be history.

I think that the Orochimaru and Nindaime fight would definitely be a close one. In the end, I think that the Nindaime would win. Think about it: the Nindaime was selected to be a Hokage, but Orochimaru wasn't. He must've been doing something right.

They were not both present in the same time. When Nindaime was chosen it means theres no one else better than him, unlucky for Oro Yondaime was there. Being a Hokage doesnt determine who is stronger.

If Nindaime and Oro are present on the same era, Oro will be the Hokage (ignoring the facts of Oro's evil deeds).

I think oro is underestimated now. remeber that when shodai and nidaime where summoned, they said that this "kid" had the power to summon them and they were willing to fight for him. also sandaime in his old age could fight on par with shodai and nidaime at the same time. Orochimaru can do the same with sandaime. oro also has new jutsu, and as time goes on new jutsus will be stronger and more advanced than the jutsu of someone who died years ago. if nidaime had stayed alive, then he would win, his skills and his experience would own oro. in terms of ability we can rate it as yondaime as top, he was said to be the most talented of all ninja, then sandaime, the next one can prolly be oro.
