The second I read that I thought that he intentionally did that to hint at something.

Doubtful, it's fan subbed and not done by him personally, also only most 14 year old kids would make something more of it rather then just take it as it is.

I am sure there is no ulterior motive to his comment. He is trying to intimidate Orihime into eating her food, nothing more.

Not everything has to be taken and transformed to be sexual.
