well he has gained the name the copy ninja so I'm guessing he used it alot since he first got it to get three dots

I think it is the more techniques you gain the more dots it has, but I'm usually wrong about these kinds of things.

I'll Just Look At Apic Of Him I Think He Does Have 3.. Yes He Does.. But He Can Do Mangekyuo Sharingan One Thing Kakashi Cant And I Think You Have To Kill Your Best Friend To Obtain This!

I think Sharingan have different level. The first level is to copy jutsu, next level can see the opponent next movement of attack, next level...don't know. For those who follow manga should know that when Itachi kill one of his allied b4 a mission, his eye change. Itachi then kill all his relative including his parent to get the final version of his sharingan (can't remember what that is call). This is what i think.

I've only seen up to 80 so I don't know that much of the sharingan power. I do know that Kakashi and now Sasuke use it to do the Chidori, and the other powers that it has but I didn't know about the levels and that stuff so I'm not sure if you're right or not but I will try to find it.
